Administrative Assistant - Umm-Said, Qatar
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and time-management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and handling correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Assist with project coordination and tracking progress
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
