Front Desk Receptionist
A reputable hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Answer phone calls, take reservations and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing appointments.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English are required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must have legal authorization to work in Qatar.
