Warehouse Manager (Egyptian)

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and have previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods
- Ensure efficient use of space and maintain accurate inventory records
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Monitor and control warehouse budget, expenses, and inventory levels
- Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures for efficient operations
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse

Requirements:
- Must be Egyptian national or have experience working in Egypt
- Fluency in English is required for effective communication with colleagues from different nationalities
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Knowledge of inventory management software is preferred
- Must be able to work full time, including weekends if necessary
