House Manager/Personal Assistant
Our company is seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the role of House Manager/Personal Assistant. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our client's household in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This position is open to candidates of Egyptian nationality, with fluency in English and experience working in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the household including scheduling, budgeting, and supervising staff
- Coordinate with vendors for home maintenance and repairs
- Plan and execute events and social gatherings hosted by the client
- Oversee household expenses and maintain accurate records
- Run errands and handle personal shopping for the client
- Assist with administrative tasks such as email correspondence, booking appointments, etc.
- Ensure that the household runs smoothly at all times
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication
- Previous experience as a House Manager or Personal Assistant
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license preferred
