Office Assistant / Receptionist
Location: Lusail, Qatar
Nationality: Indian preferred
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have experience in administrative tasks, preferably in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Responsible for scheduling appointments and meetings for managers
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other office tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications will be a plus
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant/Receptionist or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle urgent tasks efficiently
