Job Title: Accountant for Multinational Company in Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our multinational company in Doha, Qatar. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or errors in financial records
- Provide support during tax audits and assist with tax planning strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in accounting practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Accountant in a multinational company or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional language skills such as Hindi or French are a plus)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
