Housekeeping Manager

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of a large residential property in Umm-Said, Qatar. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team of housekeeping staff. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end or luxury setting.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure that all areas of the property are cleaned and maintained to high standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Develop and maintain cleaning schedules for all areas of the property
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and address any issues
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain budget and control expenses related to housekeeping department

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a housekeeping management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Familiarity with budgeting processes

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-end or luxury setting is highly desired
- Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
