Administrative Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra. As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks and operations within the company. This is a full-time position, open to individuals of any nationality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and clerical workers.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for daily operations.
- Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for administrative costs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses, purchases, and inventory.
- Plan and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably as a manager or supervisor.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
