As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily administrative activities of our office. This includes supervising administrative staff, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining a professional work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Monitor office expenses and maintain budgetary control
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Hire, train, and supervise administrative staff members
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations
- Maintain confidential records and files
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Indian nationality preferred but open to all nationalities
