Manager for Egyptian National in Ajman, UAE



We are seeking an experienced Manager who is a citizen of Egypt to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company and ensuring its success. This position does not require English proficiency and is open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall performance and achieve business goals
- Monitor employee productivity and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality work
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Create and maintain budgets, financial reports, and other important documents
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate updates, goals, and expectations
- Collaborate with other managers and departments to ensure smooth operations across the company

Requirements:
- Must be a citizen of Egypt
- Proven experience as a Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Must be able to work legally in UAE with own visa or willing to obtain one
