Office Assistant - Al-Wakra, Qatar (Egyptian Applicants Preferred)
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
