Office Assistant (Indian/Malayalee) - Contract Position
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. This is a contract position, suitable for Indian or Malayalee candidates with or without prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist with office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep the reception area clean and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Indian or Malayalee nationality preferred
- Fluency in English is not required but considered a plus
- Proven work experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is not required but considered a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
