Administrative Assistant for English-Speaking Professionals in Umm-Said, Qatar
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team of English-speaking professionals in Umm-Said, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update calendars for multiple team members
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document management
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
