Administrative Director for an English-Speaking Company in Al-Wakra, Qatar
Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Director to oversee and manage all administrative operations of our English-speaking business in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Manage day-to-day operations such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure their productivity and efficiency
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment, supplies, and facilities
- Prepare reports on company performance, budgets, and expenses
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Handle any external communications with clients or partners
- Monitor compliance with local laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations preferred
- African nationality preferred but not required
- Must be willing to relocate to Al-Wakra, Qatar
