Administrative Coordinator (Indian and Pakistani Nationals)

We are seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinators to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage office activities such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members via phone, email or in person.
- Prepare reports, presentations and other documents as required.
- Assist in the creation of budgets and financial reports.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Manage travel arrangements for team members.
- Update and maintain databases and filing systems.
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian or Pakistani national with valid residency in Qatar.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
This is a contract position with the possibility of extension. We welcome students who are looking for part-time work opportunities.
