We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking for part-time work, as well as students who are seeking employment while pursuing their studies.

As an Office Assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the office. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing the office calendar. You will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, filing documents, and coordinating meetings.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in English. As we cater to a primarily Indian clientele, fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language is preferred but not required. Additionally, you must possess strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This position also offers flexibility in terms of working hours and can accommodate part-time schedules for those who require it. We also provide a free visa and ticket for our employees, making it easier for those relocating to Qatar.

While prior experience is not required, we are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. This position is suitable for students or individuals looking to gain experience in an office setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them as necessary
- Responding to emails and inquiries from clients
- Managing the office calendar and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Filing documents and ensuring they are organized properly
- Coordinating meetings and taking minutes when required
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with preference given to those who are fluent in Hindi or any other Indian language
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic computer skills
- Prior experience in a similar role is an asset but not required
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to learn and take on new tasks as required
