Administrative Director for English Speaking Candidates in Al-Wakra, Qatar



We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational functions of our company. This is a great opportunity for an English speaking candidate looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the company
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee budget planning and financial management of the company
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients or business partners
- Organize meetings, conferences, and events as required
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses, invoices, contracts, and other important documents
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to business operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as an Administrative Director or similar position
- Fluency in English is essential, both written and verbal communication skills are required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Proven experience in budget planning and financial management
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to business operations is preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position located in Al-Wakra, Qatar. The working hours are from Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position does not include accommodation.
