Administrative Assistant for English-Speaking Business in Umm-Said, Qatar
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our English-speaking business located in Umm-Said, Qatar. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, as well as strong organizational and time-management skills. Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing meetings
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
