We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational tasks within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and office assistants
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate and oversee daily office activities, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses, invoices, and financial transactions
- Prepare reports on company performance and present them to senior management
- Assist with recruitment processes by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks on potential employees
- Manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and ensure timely repairs or replacements when necessary
- Handle any customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner
- Develop strategies to improve overall efficiency and productivity within the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)
