Security Specialist
The Security Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all individuals and property within the designated area. This includes implementing security procedures, conducting regular patrols, responding to incidents, and maintaining communication with relevant authorities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security protocols to ensure the safety of individuals and property within the designated area
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor for any potential security threats or breaches
- Respond to incidents in a timely and appropriate manner, following established procedures
- Maintain communication with relevant authorities, such as law enforcement or emergency services
- Monitor surveillance cameras and other security equipment to identify any potential issues or risks
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvements
- Train and educate employees on security protocols and procedures
- Investigate any security incidents or breaches to determine root cause and implement corrective actions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in security protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-security environment
- Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle potentially volatile situations professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in Qatar or knowledge of local laws/regulations related to security operations
- Fluency in English (spoken/written)
Other preferences:
This position is open to candidates from all nationalities who meet the above requirements. However, preference will be given to Pakistani candidates due to their experience and understanding of the local culture and laws. Working Hours:
The Security Specialist will work 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime or shift work as needed. The working schedule may include weekends and holidays.

Location:
This position is based in Umm-Said, Qatar. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not currently residing in Umm-Said.
