Administrative Assistant for Indian Nationals in Umm-Said, Qatar


We are in search of a skilled and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. This position is specifically for Indian nationals who are fluent in English. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. Your primary duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.

To excel in this role, you must have exceptional time-management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. You should also have a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as an administrative assistant or office manager is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management team
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Organize and maintain filing systems both physical and electronic
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees when required
- Manage office expenses and reconcile expense reports
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, etc.

Requirements:
- Indian national with fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office manager
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed
