Part-Time House Manager (Indian Nationals Only)


We are a prestigious household located in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar and we are seeking an experienced and reliable Part-Time House Manager to assist with the day-to-day management of our household. This role is specifically open to Indian Nationals only.

As the Part-Time House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our household operations. This includes managing staff, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home, handling household expenses and budgets, overseeing special projects, and ensuring the overall smooth running of our household.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, train, and supervise household staff including housekeepers, nannies, and drivers.
- Create schedules for staff to ensure efficient operation of the household.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained home at all times.
- Monitor household expenses and budget accordingly.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to the household including bill payments, grocery shopping, and other errands.
- Plan and coordinate special events or gatherings held in the household.
- Oversee any renovations or repairs needed in the home.
- Communicate effectively with the family members to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian National with a valid biometric passport.
- Previous experience working as a House Manager or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Must have excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physically fit to handle any physical demands of the job such as lifting heavy objects or standing for long periods of time.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position that requires approximately 20 hours per week. The schedule can be flexible but may include some evenings or weekends depending on events or special projects.
