Cashier - Indian Nationals

As a Cashier at our retail store in Khalifah A City, UAE, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operation of the cash register. We are looking for Indian nationals with prior cashier experience, preferably in a retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payments
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Ensure proper handling of merchandise during checkout to avoid damage or theft
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized at all times
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues promptly
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred due to language requirements
- Fluency in English is mandatory for effective communication with customers and colleagues
- Previous experience as a cashier in a retail environment is preferred
- Excellent math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy under pressure
