Office Assistant
A prestigious company in Al-Wakra, Qatar is seeking an organized and dedicated Office Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, making it ideal for Indian nationals. A biometric passport is required for this role.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and files, and performing general office tasks such as photocopying and data entry. You may also be required to assist with basic accounting tasks.
To be successful in this role, you must have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. You should also possess strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
