Wedding Planner Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wedding Planner Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As our ideal candidate, you must be an Egyptian national with excellent English-speaking skills and at least one year of experience in event planning or a related field. This is a part-time position that does not include accommodation.

In this role, you will work closely with our senior wedding planner to assist in the planning and execution of weddings for our clients. You will be responsible for communicating with vendors, creating and managing budgets, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that all details are taken care of for each event. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the success of each wedding.

To excel in this position, you must have a passion for wedding planning and a desire to learn and grow in this industry. You must also be able to work well under pressure and multitask effectively. As our clients come from various backgrounds, cultural sensitivity is highly valued.
