Administrative Manager for Biometric Passport Project in Lusail, Qatar
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Administrative Manager to join our team for a biometric passport project in Lusail, Qatar. This is a contract position that requires no English language skills and is open to candidates of Pakistani and Malayalee nationality.
As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the project and ensuring its success. Your main duties will include managing budgets, coordinating with project stakeholders, monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures for the project
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including government officials, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor progress of the project and identify any issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables
- Oversee all administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records
- Provide support to the project team as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative management role
- Experience working on large-scale projects preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Fluency in Urdu or Malayalam preferred
