Contract Accountant (Pakistani or Malayalee)
We are currently seeking a Contract Accountant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This is an urgent position and we are looking for candidates who are fluent in English and have experience in accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct bank reconciliations
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Assist with budget planning and forecasting
- Handle taxation and other financial matters as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a contract role
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
