Administrative Assistant - Umm-Said, Qatar (Egyptian Nationals)
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As an Egyptian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Process invoices and expenses for the executive team
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality is preferred for cultural understanding and language proficiency
- 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
