Administrative Director (Pakistani Nationals Only)
As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions of our company in Lusail. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, as well as providing support to other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including organizing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings
- Oversee budget management and financial reporting for the company
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and employees
- Hire, train, and supervise administrative staff members
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to administration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Director or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to take on new challenges. Pakistani nationality is preferred for this position.
