Security Specialist

The security specialist will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our company's premises and assets. This individual will work closely with the security team to implement and enforce security protocols, as well as identify potential vulnerabilities and make recommendations for improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras and biometric access control
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the premises are secure
- Respond to alarms and incidents in a timely manner
- Conduct thorough investigations of any security breaches or incidents
- Collaborate with other departments to develop emergency response plans
- Stay updated on industry developments and recommend new security measures when necessary
- Train new employees on security protocols and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting
- Experience with biometric access control systems is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills

Location: Umm-Said, Qatar (Candidates from India preferred)

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
