Administrative Director
As an experienced Administrative Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company in Lusail. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure the smooth running of our business. Your role will involve supervising and guiding a team of administrative staff, ensuring they are well-trained and performing their duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative operations, including record-keeping, office management, and budgeting
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency in the workplace
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance for their professional development
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure effective communication and coordination across all areas of the company
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as clients, vendors, and government agencies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Prepare reports on company performance for senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Director or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software programs
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management principles
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience working in a multinational company or in Africa region
- Knowledge of local laws, regulations, and customs
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Salary: $1700 per month
