Administrative Assistant - Dukhan, Qatar
A reputable company in Dukhan is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the management team. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for the management team
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing timely responses or directing them to the appropriate person
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Act as a point of contact between the company and its clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Dukhan, Qatar. Candidates from India are preferred.
