Administrative Director
As an Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative operations of our company in Dukhan. You will ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising the administrative staff, including receptionists, secretaries, and clerical workers.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Maintaining accurate records and files for all company documents.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Handling sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- Planning and organizing company events or meetings.
- Managing the budget for office supplies and equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements related to administrative functions.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are also essential.
We are looking for an individual who is proficient in English communication, both written and verbal. As most of our team members are Indians, fluency in Hindi would be an advantage. The ideal candidate should also possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage the administrative team.
