Administration Manager - Indian Nationals Preferred

We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Administration Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company in Lusail. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

As an Administration Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. Your main duties will include managing office supplies, overseeing administrative staff, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. You will also be in charge of organizing company events and meetings, as well as managing budgets and expenses.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent multitasking abilities and strong leadership skills. You should also have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience using office management software.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Organize company events and meetings
- Manage budgets and expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train new administrative staff members
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Administration Manager or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience using office management software
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with budgeting processes
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus
