Administrative Director
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Director to oversee the daily operations of our office in Al-Wakra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing staff, schedules, budgets, and resources
- Provide strategic guidance and support to department heads to achieve organizational goals
- Monitor budget allocations and expenses to ensure financial stability
- Handle employee relations, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain positive relationships
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on office activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills (in English) with the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Salary: 1700$ per month
Location: Al-Wakra (Indian nationality preferred)
Experience Level: Experienced candidates preferred but freshers are also welcome to apply.
