We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department in Umm-Said. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, and maintaining inventory levels for cleaning supplies. Other responsibilities include creating work schedules, enforcing company policies and procedures, and conducting performance evaluations. The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests. Fluency in Arabic is preferred. A competitive salary of 1000$ will be offered to the right candidate. Egyptian nationals are encouraged to apply for this position.
