Administrative Coordinator (Indian Nationals) in Dukhan, Qatar
We are in search of an efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative duties and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for company executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain filing systems and database records of important documents
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
- Act as a liaison between various departments within the company
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Dukhan, Qatar
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
