Administrative Assistant in Dukhan, Qatar
We are a reputable company in Dukhan, Qatar looking for a highly organized and efficient administrative assistant to join our team. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and organizing files
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Assist in preparing documents and reports
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Other duties as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Fluency in Arabic is required; knowledge of English is preferred but not required
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with other benefits.
