Housekeeping Manager


We are seeking an experienced and reliable Housekeeping Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Umm-Said, Qatar. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department and ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely turnover of rooms and efficient handling of guest requests
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures for housekeeping operations
- Handle guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services
- Create work schedules based on occupancy levels and budget constraints
- Maintain department budget and track expenses

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a hotel setting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures, sanitation standards, and safety protocols
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English is required

Salary: $1200 per month
