We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in operations
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for administrative departments
- Plan and coordinate office layout and equipment procurement to maximize productivity
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to administrative functions
- Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a contract job setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
