Chemical Engineer - Process Optimization Specialist


We are a leading chemical engineering company based in Lusail, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemical Engineer to join our team. As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for improving and optimizing our production processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes
- Monitor production data and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
- Train and mentor junior engineers on process optimization techniques
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process optimization in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Strong technical knowledge of chemical processes and equipment
- Proficient in using process simulation software (e.g. Aspen Plus)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, along with medical insurance, annual leave, and other benefits.
