The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the smooth functioning of administrative and clerical duties in the office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and time management abilities. They should be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reports
- Manage calendars and coordinate daily schedules
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate parties
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails
- Conduct research on various topics as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
- Pakistani or Malayalee nationality preferred
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
