Job Title: Industrial Engineer


As an Industrial Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and improving efficiency in our manufacturing facilities. Your role will involve analyzing data and implementing strategies to increase productivity, reduce waste, and minimize costs. You will also work closely with other departments to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to streamline operations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify inefficiencies in production processes
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Collaborate with other departments to develop standardized procedures and best practices
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficiency
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement solutions
- Provide training and guidance to staff on new procedures or equipment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements, and technology related to industrial engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial engineering or a similar role
- Knowledge of lean principles and experience implementing them in a manufacturing setting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in relevant software programs such as AutoCAD, Minitab, or MS Excel.
