Administrative Manager
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in Lusail. As the administrative manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our office. This includes supervising administrative staff, maintaining office systems and procedures, and ensuring efficient communication within the company.

Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.
- Oversee office operations and ensure efficient communication within the company.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Maintain office equipment and supplies inventory.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
