Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have experience in providing administrative support to a busy office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing schedules
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as requested by management
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy access and retrieval
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance services
- Schedule meetings and appointments for executives and team members
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when necessary
- Act as the point of contact between the company and external vendors or clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Fluency in English is required
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

This job is located in Dukhan, Qatar.
