We are a leading company in the city of Dukhan and we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Maintaining records and databases
- Processing invoices and expense reports
- Assisting with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee files
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
