Administrative Assistant - Umm-Said, Qatar
We are in need of a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining files and records.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and time-management skills, as well as strong attention to detail. You should also be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of Arabic or Urdu would be beneficial but is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and coordinate appointments
- Organize meetings and take meeting minutes
- Handle phone calls and respond to emails
- Maintain files and records
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
Salary: 1500$ per month.
Nationality preference: Pakistani.
Language requirement: Fluency in English is not required for this position. Knowledge of Arabic or Urdu would be beneficial but is not required.
