Cashier - Malayalee in Dubai
We are currently seeking a reliable and responsible Cashier to join our team in Dubai. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash and credit transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to all our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Process cash and credit card payments accurately
- Count and verify cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries about products, prices, and availability
- Ensure all transactions are completed in a timely manner
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate as needed
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, refunds, and exchanges
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies
Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with good knowledge of Malayalam language
- Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required
- Attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month.
