Administrative Assistant
Location: Dukhan, Qatar
We are hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant who will provide support to our team in Dukhan. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English is required (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred
