Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our company's managers and employees, ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, emails, and reports
- Maintain physical and electronic records
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Act as the point of contact between employees and external clients
- Help with onboarding new employees and providing training when needed
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This job is located in Dukhan. While we welcome applicants from all nationalities, preference will be given to English-speaking candidates.
